What makes our mushrooms unique? Our gourmet mushrooms are handpicked in Washington's wilderness and carefully dried to maintain their rich, one-of-a-kind flavor. We forage many of our mushrooms on the Key Peninsula of Washington State and on the Pacific Northwest coast, and we also grow some of our rarer varieties in our small greenhouse in Vaughn, Washington.
Adam is a lifelong lover and forager of mushrooms. He started selling at local farmer's markets in 2013 and has since expanded our offerings to over 15 types of mushrooms.
We love sharing the many varieties and health benefits of mushrooms with new people. There is so much to discover!
Our dried mushrooms are easy to rehydrate. Simply soak them in warm or hot water for 15-20 minutes, rinse, drain, and chop. Cook exactly as you would fresh mushrooms. The leftover liquid can be used for broth.
